Harish is the Founder and Director at HxCo India (the Healthcare Collective). HxCo dia- logues with the government , insurance companies and provider groups to drive inno- vative models in healthcare – with the intent move from conventional “cure” oriented models to more proactive models with a holistic, community based approach. Harish is on the selection committee of IIT Madras’s Biotech incubator and is on the mentor board of India Accelerator’s IA Pulse. He has been an instructor with the Gopalakrishna Deshpande Center for Innovation at IIT Madras. Harish was the founding CEO of HCL Avitas, an initiative promoted by Shiv Nadar and supported by Johns Hopkins to develop a “primary care at scale” offering across India. Prior to HCL Avitas, most of his career was spent working for multinationals in India and South East Asia – the last stint being Managing Director-India, Thailand and Indo China for Bausch + Lomb. In addition to delivering business objectives in every stint, Harish has also been at the forefront of several initiatives that aim at improving the quality of healthcare in India. An Engineer from IIT Madras and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Harish’s diverse expe- rience of 35 years include stints in Beverages (Pepsico), Paints (ICI Dulux) and Agro- chemicals.

With 28 years of diverse experience across industry sectors like Legal Services, Tele- com, IT Solutions, and Consulting, Sai Mohan has carved a niche as a transformative leader with deep expertise in Global Capability Centre operations and technology solu- tions & infrastructure deployment. As a former COO & CTO, he has successfully led large-scale operations, enabled successful acquisition/divestiture transactions, and consistently delivered on growth & operational efficiency prerogatives. His expertise extends to deploying AI and Data Science solutions, driving operational excellence, and ensuring business resilience.
